Export the weapon from BLDR. You get a resource with fxmanifest.lua and the .ydr, .ytd and .ytyp in its stream folder.
Put the resource in your resources directory and ensure it in server.cfg.
Register the weapon in your inventory (ox_inventory, qb-inventory or ESX) so players can hold it.
Restart the server and give yourself the weapon to check how it sits in the hand.
